Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Items that are damaged or faulty upon arrival
Incorrect items received
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if an incorrect size was selected. Please refer to the size guide or product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
How to Request a Return
Email us at [your email address] with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
A clear photo of the item if damaged/faulty
We’ll get back to you within 3 business days with next steps.
Return Shipping
If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns (where eligible), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable:
Original artworks
Sale items
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Exchanges
If an item is defective or damaged and you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we’re happy to send a replacement (where available).
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email and process the refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
