HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED

  • All artworks are proudly printed locally in Australia. Each print is made to order, ensuring quality and care. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery within Australia and up to 4 weeks for international orders.

  • Canvas prints are custom made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Please allow approximately 10 business days for production and an additional 10 business days for delivery, depending on your location within Australia.

  • Pre-orders
    Your order will be dispatched as soon as the pre-order stock arrives. For updates on arrival and dispatch times, keep an eye on our Instagram posts.

    Available Stock & Print-to-Order
    If your order includes items currently in stock, it will typically be shipped within 1–3 business days. For print-to-order items, please allow additional time for production before dispatch—details are outlined on each product page.

  • Original artworks are carefully packaged and shipped within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your piece is on its way. Please note, additional handling time may apply for larger or custom works.

  • An email will be sent with your tracking number once your parcel has been posted. Please keep and eye out for this and also check your junk mail in case it arrives there. It’s important that you follow the tracking so you can estimate when your parcel will be delivered and so that you can act promptly if there is a problem by reporting this to your local postal agent or authority.

  • Prices vary depending on size, detail, and materials. Once we’ve discussed your idea, I’ll provide a custom quote. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Turnaround times can vary based on current bookings and the complexity of the piece. Typically, commissions take between 2–6 weeks from deposit to completion. If you have a deadline in mind, let me know early!

  • Yes, I ship Australia-wide and internationally. All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
